Accepted
- New, unused, unopened products in original manufacturer packaging
- Valid future expiration dates outside the restricted window
- Intact manufacturer seals and readable lot numbers
- Boxes free of damage, water damage, tampering, or resealing
Not Accepted
- Opened, used, or partially used products
- Expired products or products expiring within the restricted window
- Damaged, crushed, water-damaged, or resealed boxes
- Prescription medications, insulin, or other liquid medications
- Products marked "Not for Retail Sale" or "For Sample Use Only"
- Products obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, or other public payer programs where resale is prohibited
Inspection Standards
Every submission is inspected for authenticity, packaging integrity, expiration date, lot number, and quantity. Any discrepancy between the submission and inspection results may result in an adjusted final payment or rejection of the submission.
Returns of Rejected Products
Rejected products may be returned at the seller's request at the seller's expense. Return requests must be made within the timeframe stated in the rejection notification. Unreturned rejected products may be disposed of after the notification window expires.
